I can't believe that I was almost 30 by the time I bought Coconut Oil. I bought mine from Amazon.com for around $9.00. I was missing out. In addition to putting in it my green smoothie every day, I have found so many uses for it in my life! I thought I would share some. Plus it smells yummy!
